This will give me the initial information about your space.

During this meeting, we’ll discuss your timeline, needs for the 3D tour and use cases, and other key information.
A custom quote for your space and a booking link will be emailed to you within 48 hours
The discovery call can be held in person, over the phone or zoom.

The day of shoot we’ll complete the scan of your property and take any additional photos and videos of your space that is included in your custom package.
Typically everything can be accomplished in one day, but multiple shoot days may be required if we are creating virtual tours for different set ups or if we are creating an abundance of additional video content.

All captured content will be edited and prepared for final delivery. For your 3D tour you will provided with a direct link and embed code for online sharing.
For images and video files you will receive a Google Drive link with your assets.
The size of the property and the amount of additional photo/video content will determine how much time is needed to prepare content for final delivery.

Virtual pricing varies by the size of the space. It starts at a base rate of $500, which includes your first year of online hosting, PLUS an additional .30cents per square foot.
Virtual tour pricing is subject to additional fees for scanning multiple floors, location distance and other factors. A $100 annual hosting fee is required to keep your virtual tour online.
Additional photo & video content starts at $500.
